Favorite Waves: New Smyrna, where I currently live, is such a fun place to practice high performance maneuvers.  Eisbach river wave in Germany was an epic experience and top on my list.  Nicaragua is still a magical place guaranteed for waves and beautiful weather.

Favorite Surfers: Griffin Colapinto for his speed, power and flow. Kelly Slater because he will always be a legend.

Training:  I work out 2-3 times a week in a gym and do a beach workout once a week.  Before running out into the water to surf, I hit a pre-surf routine, and I’ve recently gotten into paddleboarding behind my condo in the river.  Another awesome training regimen I picked up is breathing / indoboard.  Both make me feel calm and grounded.

Favorite Music: Hip Hop/ Rap for the pump up.  Alpha waves and chill playlists for studying. Podcasts for driving and school. I feel that podcasts are so low key and a phenomenal place listen to for inspiration, health advice, business tips and other characteristics/objectives I want in life.

Favorite Ron Jon Products: Every time I go into Ron Jon, I can expect to find something that I didn’t know I needed.  Bathroom rugs, car cup holders, Tervis cups, boardshorts, jogger pants, towels.  The products both clothing and lifestyle items in Ron Jon Surf Shop are constantly changing with the seasons so it’s always a new and exciting experience to see what’s new.  One of the biggest and most interesting surf shops in the world.
